Just like the Company our conservatories are built on solid
foundations. In these times of energy efficiency and conservation we
endeavour to
manufacture all our conservatories to be as thermally efficient and as
environmentally friendly as is possible.
We use only materials which meet or exceed our strict criteria, and are
always looking to improve and maintain our exceptionally high standards.
Our installers are all employees of Croston Conservatories. We never
employ outside contractors.
We pride ourselves on the quality and experience of our dedicated tradesmen.
This policy enables us to keep total control of each project from start
to finish. It also ensures customer satisfaction and keeps our superb
reputation intact!
Once the external structure of your conservatory is completed we can
offer a wide variety of internal options such as wall and floor finishes,
tiling, electrical fittings, air conditioning and heating (including
under floor heating) enabling you to enjoy your conservatory to the max
all year round.
Normally planning permission is not required when building a conservatory.
However, there are certain restraints which we would
advise you of before any building work starts. If there are doubts we
will
recommend an independent planning consultant who can liaise with local
councils on your behalf. He would produce detailed plans and drawings
to be submitted to help solve any planning problems which may occur.
